Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English. Candidates should demonstrate awareness of the challenges and strengths of children and families with lower incomes or special needs, with preferred qualifications including bilingual skills in English and Spanish and at least one year of paid experience with infants and toddlers.
