Plan and deliver engaging daily mathematics instruction aligned with Tennessee Academic Standards. Differentiate instruction to meet the academic needs of diverse learners, including students with IEPs, 504 Plans, English Learners, and gifted students. Utilize data from assessments to guide instruction, monitor student progress, and implement interventions. Develop and administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate student mastery. Foster mathematical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through hands-on and collaborative learning experiences. Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment that supports student achievement and social-emotional growth. Integrate educational technology into instruction to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, academic concerns, and classroom activities. Collaborate with grade-level teams, instructional coaches, interventionists, and administrators to improve instructional practices and student achievement. Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, PLCs, and school-wide events. Maintain accurate attendance, grades, lesson plans, and other required records in accordance with school policies.
