The Mental Health Counselor provides short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and outreach services to support student emotional well-being and academic success. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with campus departments to foster an inclusive environment.
This position is fully in person and requires on-campus presence. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and possess at least two years of professional experience with college-age populations. Proficiency in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and knowledge of relevant legal and ethical standards in higher education is required.
