The lead instructor will facilitate student learning by following established course outlines and grading assignments. They are also responsible for managing skill labs and mentoring students to ensure program standards are met.

5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a directly related field required. Familiar with A&P, Medical Terminology, Basic Pharmacology and Medical Math. Front office experience. Back-office procedures EKG, Urine, Vitals, BPs, Temps, Injections, Adult-Pediatric, minor wound trays, and bandaging experience. No teaching experience required Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately. Ability to mentor students and hold them accountable to program standards. Comfortable with computers and technology. Highly organized and detail oriented.
