We're seeking a compassionate, experienced, and EEC Certified Infant Teacher to join our team.

As an Infant Teacher, you'll create meaningful connections with children and families while providing a warm, responsive environment where every baby feels safe, loved, and encouraged to explore the world around them. \n
What You'll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging infant classroom that promotes healthy development and secure attachments.
Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and sensory learning experiences aligned with Massachusetts Early Learning Guidelines.
Foster each infant's cognitive, language, physical, social, and emotional development through responsive caregiving and play-based learning.
Build trusting relationships with families by providing daily communication regarding routines, milestones, and developmental progress.
Follow individualized feeding, diapering, sleeping, and care schedules while maintaining each child's comfort and well-being.
Observe, document, and support children's developmental milestones and individual learning goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom while following all health and safety procedures.
Ensure active supervision and maintain required teacher-to-child ratios at all times.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to create a positive, supportive team environment.
Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare center, daycare, or early childhood education program.
Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and coworkers.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced childcare environment.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting on the floor, bending, kneeling, and participating in indoor and outdoor activities.
Full-time availability between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm.

\n $18 - $24 an hour Payroll is processed weekly. \n Our Groveland, MA preschool center enrolls infants, toddlers, and preschool age children, allowing teachers to specialize in early learning and kindergarten preparation.
