The Infant Lead Teacher will create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum while fostering a safe and responsive classroom environment. They are also responsible for leading assistant teachers and maintaining regular communication with families regarding child development.

Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, or active CDA required Minimum of 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education (required by NYS OCFS for Group Teacher qualification) 2+ years of experience working with infants in a licensed program Strong understanding of infant development CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Completion of OCFS required trainings (or willingness to complete)
