As a Simulation Nursing Instructor, you will play a vital role in preparing future nurses through innovative, evidence-based simulation education. You'll design and facilitate realistic clinical learning experiences, collaborate with faculty to integrate simulation throughout the nursing curriculum, and help ensure students develop the knowledge, confidence, and clinical judgment needed for professional practice. This position also provides leadership in simulation lab operations, faculty development, and continuous program improvement using nationally recognized simulation best practices.
