What You'll Do Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging preschool classroom.
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences.
Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
Observe, document, and communicate children's progress.
Follow all Massachusetts EEC regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
What You'll Need to Succeed Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification is required.
Experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed early education setting preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for creating positive learning experiences for young children.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
