The Floating Teacher supports lead teachers across infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms by assisting with daily activities, lesson preparation, and learning routines. EEC Teacher Certification (any age group), CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (preferred, not required) Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting An engaging and energetic demeanor and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals
Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities, lesson prep, and learning routines Provide flexible classroom coverage across infant, toddler, and preschool age groups in a licensed child care setting Step into different classrooms as needed to maintain consistent, high-quality care Build meaningful relationships with children, teachers, and families Help maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment throughout the day
