The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys supporting children's earliest milestones while creating a warm, nurturing classroom where infants feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore.
Using responsive caregiving and developmentally appropriate learning experiences, you'll help build the foundation for lifelong learning.
What You'll Do: Provide exceptional care for infants through feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines
Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
Foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and developmental updates
Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required: Previous infant classroom experience preferred
Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
