School of the Incarnation is seeking candidates for a full-time PreK Instructional Assistant position for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. The successful candidate will provide active support to teachers in a classroom setting. Essential Functions
Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that is conducive to learning.
Prepare age-appropriate instructional materials.
Assist with organizing and preparing resources for students.
Support the integration of technology to create effective 21st-century learning environments within the classroom in accordance with ISTE Standards.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, students, and parents to support student progress.
Ensure the safety and active supervision of students at all times and assist with classroom management.
Participate in all faculty meetings, retreats, school committees, and professional development opportunities.
Communicate with parents in a professional and timely manner.
Position Qualifications
High school diploma required.
90-hour Child Care Certification preferred.
Experience in a Catholic school setting preferred.
First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to Catholic school education.
Pay Range: $16-18/hourly
