Market context

California substitute teacher roles stay in demand

In California, substitute teacher roles often see steady demand because schools need flexible coverage for absences and short-term staffing gaps. These positions can be competitive when they ask for childcare experience, First Aid and CPR certification, and comfort with active classroom demands. On this platform, the job requirements and benefits are AI-summarized from the original posting, helping you review details faster; before applying, confirm whether your experience as a lead teacher in daycare or preschool settings matches the listed requirements.
