Market context

Assistant women’s ice hockey roles are selective

In Indiana, assistant women’s ice hockey openings are typically limited and can draw candidates with collegiate coaching backgrounds, so demand is often strongest when programs are building staff before a season. These roles are competitive because employers usually look for a bachelor’s degree, preferred master’s degree, and 1-3 years of coaching experience, plus flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save research time, and tailor your application to show team support, recruiting, and schedule availability.
