The Athletics Department at Concordia University Wisconsin, a private NCAA DIII institution in Mequon, Wisconsin, is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Assistant Coach in the Dance Team program. This is a part-time, seasonal position reporting to the program's Head Coach and further to the Director of Athletics. Assist the head coach in planning and attending practices, training sessions, games, and competitions. Help coordinate competitive logistics, travel, and preparation. Assist with communication between coaching staff and team members. Support budget management and purchasing requests as assigned. Assist with social media or promotional initiatives when appropriate. Teach and reinforce dance technique, choreography, performance quality, and execution. Help maintain performance standards and overall team presentation. Support and integrate the mission and values of Concordia University within the program. Strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a driver check. Supportive of the mission and values of Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor and the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) Education & Experience 2+ years of collegiate dance am or coaching experience is preferred Experience with choreographing and cleaning routines for a team Physical Demands/Equipment (Click to View) Compensation & Benefits This is a part-time, seasonal position paid by way of bi-monthly stipend throughout the duration of the sport/program season. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience. This position is not eligible for employee benefits.
