About the role

The substitute teacher is responsible for implementing lesson plans, maintaining classroom order, and ensuring school policies are followed. They must also document daily activities and attendance to provide a report for the regular teacher upon their return.

Ensure classroom and work is kept clean and orderly. Oversee the normal classroom rhythms and activities. Compile a report for the teacher for when he/she returns.

Substitute Teacher Requirements

Must be 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Must be detail oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
