The Lead Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction following an established course outline and facilitating skill labs. They are also tasked with grading assignments, mentoring students, and maintaining professional standards within the classroom.

5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a directly related field required. Familiar with A&P, Medical Terminology, Basic Pharmacology and Medical Math. Front office experience. Back-office procedures EKG, Urine, Vitals, BPs, Temps, Injections, Adult-Pediatric, minor wound trays, and bandaging experience. No teaching experience required Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately. Ability to mentor students and hold them accountable to program standards. Comfortable with computers and technology. Highly organized and detail oriented.
