The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role focuses on helping young children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through engaging, play-based learning experiences.
Create engaging daily activities using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
Foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
Guide toddlers through daily routines including meals, outdoor play, and transitions
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
Build positive relationships with children and families
Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership
Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required: Previous toddler classroom experience preferred
Strong understanding of child development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
