What You'll Do 📚 Provide engaging one-on-one and small group instruction that helps students succeed in an online high school diploma program. 💻 Guide students through coursework by providing encouragement, academic support, and personalized learning strategies. 🎯 Monitor student progress, celebrate achievements, and develop action plans to keep students on track toward graduation. 🌟 Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to succeed. 🧠 Adapt instructional techniques to meet diverse learning styles and individual student needs. 🤝 Partner with center staff to provide educational guidance and remove barriers to student success. 📈 Help achieve Department of Labor and organizational performance goals while maintaining accurate student records and data integrity. 💡 Share ideas to improve curriculum, classroom practices, and student outcomes.
