The Case Aide will maintain accurate student case files and assist with the intake process, data tracking, and compliance reporting. They will also facilitate family communications and coordinate legal appointments while collaborating with the Case Management team.

Maintain accurate student case files and assist with filing, closing, and maintaining records in both physical files and the FAMCare and UAC Portal systems. Assist with compiling files for ORR and State Licensing representatives, coordinating fingerprint services for family reunification, scheduling legal appointments, tracking program data for compliance, facilitating approved family calls, supporting the 24-hour intake process, completing initial and exit case files, conducting 30-day reunification follow-up calls, and preparing closed files for students who have exited the program while collaborating with the Case Management team.
Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180-acre campus surrounded by Farm student housing for 300 + youth, a Thrift Store, Café, Barbershop and Church open to the community incorporating life skills for our students. Along with a fully equipped weight room, football stadium, an athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room & more).
$21.00 per hour
Possess a high school diploma.
Must be able to pass bilingual (English/Spanish) assessment.
Case Management experience is strongly preferred.
A working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture program.
Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be able to pass a bilingual English/Spanish assessment. Additionally, applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
