The Assistant Swim Coach will assist the head coach in implementing swim programs and providing technical feedback to students. They are also responsible for setting up swim meets and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for all participants.

As a vital member of our coaching staff, you'll work closely with our head coach to develop and implement engaging swim programs for students.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assisting students in water with proper stroke techniques Communicate techniques to students clearly and concisely Ensure practices are running according to the Head Swim Coach’s plan Set up and tear down swim meets and practices Help assign swimmers to the correct lanes during swim meets Creating a fun and inviting environment for students to learn in Perform other duties as assigned
