Market context

Florida APP cardiothoracic roles stay competitive

In Florida, advanced practice provider roles in cardiothoracic surgery are often competitive because employers look for candidates with graduate-level PA or NP training, active licensure, and hands-on surgical experience. This category typically draws steady demand from hospitals and specialty surgical teams, and applicants who already hold BCLS, ACLS, and PALS credentials may stand out. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your experience aligns with the cardiothoracic setting before applying.
