Summary of Position

The GA Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing project support to various initiatives and staff in the Imaginarium. This position requires strong skills in organization and hospitality.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including filing, typing, copying, setting up appointments, travel arrangements and taking messages
  • Maintain program database as needed
  • Help organize/plan and participate in grant-related activities
  • Assist in curation, production and distribution of resources boxes
  • Oversee program and staff supplies, needs, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of ministry is preferred
  • Experience
  • Event planning and administrative experience required. Ministerial experience in the local church preferred
