?Flexible scheduling, early mornings,?including weekdays and weekends, based on program needs and instructor availability. Non-seasonal, part-time, non-benefitted staff.
$21- $25 per class, DOE; all part-time employees receive a $20 premium family membership with employment.
Must be at least 18 years of age. Current AFAA, NASM, ACE, or similar certification required. Current Pilates certification or training Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR/First-Aid/AED certification or completion of certification within 30 days of hire. Approved Criminal Background Investigation check if over 18 years of age. Previous experience teaching group fitness is preferred. What You’ll Do Lead fun, safe, and effective Pilates classes for participants of varying ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Demonstrate exercises and provide clear instruction, motivation, and modifications to meet individual needs. Create an inclusive and positive environment that encourages participation and supports healthy lifestyles. Monitor participants and respond appropriately to safety concerns, injuries, or emergencies. Prepare and maintain fitness spaces and equipment before and after classes. Supervision This position works under the supervision of the Group Fitness Coordinator.
