Any one of the following: Three or more years of working with children pk-5th grade Bachelor’s degree or higher and state teaching certification Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills
