The purpose of this position is to effectively conduct group swim lessons and individual swim lessons in a safe and responsible manner. Motivate members and guests to increase swim technique, comfort in the water are self-confidence. Other duties may be assigned as needed. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE: $18.50 - $20.45 hourly, based on relevant experience to the role. In addition to an hourly rate of pay Swim Instructors will earn a $5.00 bonus for each private, semi-private and select group swim lesson serviced. 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%.
