The Paraprofessional will maintain a structured classroom environment while facilitating technology-based instruction through the HoloTutor platform. They are responsible for supporting student engagement, troubleshooting technical issues, and communicating student progress to school leadership.

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, student-centered Paraprofessional to support students in the classroom.
This role combines classroom management, student guidance, and technology-based instruction through HoloTutor (An interactive, technology-based learning platform that provides students with guided, personalized instruction through immersive digital experiences).
When serving as a substitute, the employee will facilitate HoloTutor instruction and support students in completing assigned learning activities while maintaining a structured, positive classroom environment.
Training related to dyslexia, our instructional model, classroom procedures, and HoloTutor will be provided.
Key Responsibilities Maintain a structured, positive classroom environment and reinforce school and classroom expectations.
Provide student guidance, redirection, and support to keep students engaged and on task.
Facilitate HoloTutor instruction and support students in accessing and completing assigned learning activities.
Monitor student progress and engagement during HoloTutor instruction and provide assistance as needed.
Provide basic technology support and troubleshoot common issues with HoloTutor and other instructional technology.
Follow assigned schedules, lesson plans, classroom routines, and procedures when serving as a substitute.
Supervise students and support classroom routines, transitions, and activities.
Communicate student needs, concerns, and relevant observations to teachers or school leadership.
Maintain student confidentiality and follow all school policies and procedures.
Participate in required dyslexia, HoloTutor, and professional development training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:40-3:40)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting preferred Technology: Comfortable using computers, tablets, and web-based platforms; ability to learn and facilitate instruction through HoloTutor required
