The RN Educator will lead education, onboarding, and competency development for nursing staff within the Labor & Delivery and Women's Care units. They are responsible for identifying learning needs, creating curriculum, and facilitating programs to ensure high-quality patient care.

JOB TITLE: RN Educator - Women's Health LOCATION: Rochester General Hospital DEPARTMENT: Women's Health (Labor and Delivery/Women's Care Unit) SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
Women's Health and/or OB experience preferred, but not required. Master's degree in Education (or related field) preferred, but not required. PAY RANGE: $82,742.00 - $113,568.00 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14621 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
