Job Summary: (810020 – Executive Aide 3)
This position performs a variety of complex secretarial, administrative, and clerical tasks which may include, but are not necessarily limited to, coordinating the flow of work and people through the Department of Pediatrics Office, drafting correspondence, reports, and memos, maintaining the department calendar, making travel arrangements, coordinating logistical arrangements for conferences and meetings, composing documents, compiling information for report preparation. Tasks vary in complexity from day to day and require problem-solving and critical thinking to complete. Reviews and ensures compliance regarding the accuracy and completeness of data, documents, and reports.

Ability to be the initial in-person, email, and telephone contact for the department.
