Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging, age-appropriate instruction to elementary-aged students Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional academic assistance Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment Monitor and redirect student behavior using positive behavior intervention strategies Support students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other non-instructional periods Assist with preparing classroom materials, activities, and learning resources Communicate student progress and concerns effectively with lead teachers and staff
