Success: Maintain an 80%+ student success rate by providing targeted academic counseling, early intervention alerts, and scheduled student support hours.
Skills
Evaluation: Grade student assignments, lab competencies, and exams within 72 hours, offering constructive feedback to drive professional growth.
Record
Keeping: Track daily attendance, report consecutive student absences, maintain accurate grade books, and log behavioral or academic incidents promptly.
