Academic
Guidance: Provide regular academic counseling, track student progress, and deliver targeted tutoring to support student retention and NCLEX success.

Engagement: Interview and counsel applicants, assisting the Program Director with admissions, progression, and graduation standards.
Curriculum
Alignment: Help evaluate and develop learning objectives, lesson plans, and course outlines in accordance with State Board regulations.
Compliance &
Accreditation: Maintain accurate student records and participate in campus faculty meetings, Program Evaluation Plans (PEP), and accreditation activities.
• One (1) year of full-time teaching experience or experience administering a nursing education program leading to licensure (Paid faculty onboarding and training provided!).
Candidates must hold a Master's degree, preferably in Nursing, and possess a current, unencumbered Arizona RN license. A minimum of three years of occupational experience in direct patient care is required.
