Course
Facilitation: Teach core healthcare administration topics during Tuesday/Thursday evening sessions, including Medical Office Management, Insurance Billing & Coding, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Professional Documentation.
Lesson
Planning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that accommodate varied adult learning styles and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
Practical
Learning: Organize hands-on learning experiences, including mock office simulations, guest speaker sessions, and interactive lab exercises.
Student
Assessment: Evaluate student performance, grade coursework promptly, and deliver constructive academic feedback and tutoring.
Record
Keeping: Maintain accurate, timely student documentation including daily attendance records, incident reports, and grade books.
Safety &
Standards: Enforce campus safety guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and professional workplace ethics across all instruction.
Candidates must have at least three to four years of professional experience in healthcare administration and hold an active state or national certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical front-office software is required.
