Louis.Job Summary Seeking a caring, dependable, and faith-filled individual to serve as a Classroom Aide.

The Classroom Aide supports the classroom teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered learning environment where all students are encouraged to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

The Classroom Aide works closely with the classroom teacher to provide instructional, organizational, and student support while helping foster a positive classroom community consistent with the mission and values of Catholic education.Job Responsibilities

Support the classroom teacher with daily instructional and classroom activities.

Assist students with classroom assignments, learning activities, and individual needs as directed by the teacher.

Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement to students.

Help maintain a safe, welcoming, organized, and respectful classroom environment.

Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, recess, lunch, arrival, dismissal, and other assigned duties.

Support students in developing independence, responsibility, good manners, and respectful behavior.

Reinforce classroom expectations and school policies in a positive and consistent manner.

Assist with preparing instructional materials, bulletin boards, classroom displays, and other resources.

Help maintain classroom supplies and organization.

Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.

Communicate student concerns or observations to the classroom teacher or appropriate school personnel.

Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and school matters.

Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating kindness, patience, respect, honesty, and a spirit of service.

Participate in and support the faith life and Catholic mission of the school.

Perform other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or school administration.

Job Requirements

A genuine commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.

Caring, patient, and positive attitude when working with children.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Dependable, responsible, and punctual.

Ability to follow directions and support the classroom teacher.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.

Must be able to meet all school requirements for working with students, including required background checks and applicable screenings.
