The primary role of the coaching staff is to motivate student-athletes by enhancing individual and team performance through effective training sessions, skill development, and positive mentorship. Coaches will work with middle and high school students across various sports during the specified seasonal periods.

Substitute Teachers will follow established lesson plans provided by the absent teacher to ensure instructional continuity and will be responsible for supervising school or student activities. They must also enforce school and class rules to maintain order in the classroom.
