Registered Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians will deliver 1

1 direct applied behavioral analysis (Aba) treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include supporting parent training, collecting data, documenting client records, and communicating progress to relevant parties.

Candidates should ideally possess registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, 1-2 years of experience working with children, and preferably 1 year of aba experience, along with a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
