Behavior technicians will work directly with clients, delivering intensive, high-Quality aba interventions as designed by supervising behavior analysts. Responsibilities include collecting data, documenting client progress, supporting caregiver training, and communicating with the team to improve treatment plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
