Zumba Group Ex Instructor

The instructor will lead dynamic and engaging group exercise classes, designing safe and effective workouts tailored to diverse member needs and fitness levels while ensuring proper exercise technique instruction. Responsibilities also include preparing class materials, setting up the space and equipment, and motivating participants to achieve their fitness goals.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate groups toward health goals. Required certifications include cpr, first aid, aed, and oxygen within 60 days of hire, along with mandatory internal training completion within 30 days.
