Group Ex Instructor

The group exercise instructor will lead dynamic and engaging fitness classes for ymca members of all levels, designing safe and effective workouts while instructing proper form and modifications. This role also involves planning classes, setting up equipment, motivating participants, and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment according to ymca guidelines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with certification in their area of expertise. Required certifications (Cpr, first aid, aed, oxygen) must be obtained within 60 days of hire, along with mandatory training completion within 30 days.
