Family Services Specialist

The specialist will manage all family partnership activities for the center, adhering to head start standards and implementing the parent, family and community engagement framework to build supportive relationships with families. This role involves developing partnership agreements, respecting diverse family structures, and supporting families' learning in areas like health, finance, and life goals.

A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is strongly preferred, though applicants must be willing to obtain a family development credential within 12 months of hire. Preferred qualifications include being bilingual in spanish and english, and the role requires physical capabilities such as lifting 50 lbs and performing actions associated with caring for young children.
