Special Education Teacher

The special education teacher will manage a caseload of up to 10 students, focusing on implementing academic and behavior programming and overseeing each student's individualized education program (Iep). This role also involves providing direct supervision to instructional assistants and aba therapists while collaborating with the bcba on student programming.

Candidates must possess ct certification in special education, dsap, or be long-Term substitute eligible, along with familiarity with methodologies like applied behavior analysis and direct instruction. A valid driver's license with at least three years of experience is also required, alongside strong communication and organizational skills.
