The behavior therapist will work under the direction of special education teachers and board-Certified behavior analysts to implement each student’s educational and behavioral programs. This role also involves collaboration with various service providers such as school psychologists, speech and language pathologists, and occupational/Physical therapists.

Requirements summary

A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience providing direct support to children with disabilities and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
