Board Certified Behavior Analyst (CLT)

The board certified behavior analyst will be responsible for crafting behavior plans to reduce barriers and elevate personal growth for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key duties include conducting functional behavior assessments, designing tailored behavior support plans, leading staff trainings, and monitoring progress through data collection.

Candidates must possess current bcba certification and a minimum of one year of experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to various program sites are also required.
