Board Certified Behavior Analyst (CLT)

The board certified behavior analyst will craft behavior plans to reduce barriers and elevate personal growth for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key duties include conducting functional behavior assessments, designing tailored behavior support plans, leading staff trainings, and monitoring progress through data collection.

Candidates must possess current bcba certification and have at least one year of experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple program sites are also mandatory requirements.
