Advanced Practice Provider - CMG Fellow - Positions at Good Hope Pediatrics, Franklin Pediatrics and Oak Creek Pediatrics

The primary care pediatric advanced practice provider (App) will provide care to children from birth through young adulthood, focusing on well-Child care and management of common acute and chronic pediatric conditions. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive histories and physical exams, ordering/Interpreting tests, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and families.

Applicants must have a master's degree or higher in nursing or a bachelor's degree or higher in physician assistant studies, and this role targets new graduates or clinicians with less than one year of app experience. Required certifications include bls, along with either a wisconsin advanced practice nurse prescriber license or a wisconsin pa-Physician's assistant license.
