Core responsibilities
The mental health therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to children and their families in an outpatient clinic setting. They actively engage the child, their family, and caregivers in treatment and recovery planning while participating in activities related to the mental and behavioral health strategy.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master’s degree in social work or a related field, along with 3000 hours of post-Master’s experience or a phd/Psyd from an apa accredited program. Current licensure as an lcsw, lmft, or lpc from the state of wisconsin is required, along with strong communication skills and experience working with children and families.
