Home Care Infusion Clinical Nurse Educator

The clinical educator is responsible for planning, facilitating, and evaluating education for patients, caregivers, and clinical team members regarding safe and effective home care practices for iv therapy patients. This involves providing hands-On instruction in infusion techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols to ensure patients can manage their care at home.

Candidates must possess at least an associate's degree, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably including infusion or home care experience. Active rn or lpn licensure is required, along with basic life support certification.
