Lifeguard (Contractual)

Lifeguards must maintain constant watch over pool patrons to ensure safety and respond immediately to emergencies, while lead lifeguards also oversee operations, organize training, and manage inventory. Both roles involve enforcing safety standards, performing facility checks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Candidates must possess a current, valid professional rescuer lifeguard certification along with cpr, aed, and first aid certifications from a nationally recognized agency. Applicants must also pass a swim test, be at least 15 years old, and successfully complete a background check.
