Lifeguard (Contractual)

Lifeguards maintain constant watch over pool patrons to ensure safety and respond immediately to emergencies, while lead lifeguards also oversee aquatic operations, organize training, and manage inventory. Both roles involve enforcing safety standards, performing facility checks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Candidates must possess current professional rescuer lifeguard certification along with cpr, aed, and first aid certifications from a nationally recognized agency, and must pass a swim test and background check. Applicants must be at least 15 years old and demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills.
