Out of School Time Activity Leader (Part-Time)

The ost educator plans and implements developmentally appropriate activities for children under the supervision of the director of child care services, ensuring health, safety, and adherence to all relevant policies and regulations. Responsibilities include supervising groups, nurturing youth through purposeful programming, modeling positive interactions, and facilitating opportunities for youth leadership and reflection.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with one or more years of college preferred, and a minimum of six months of required experience working with children. Mandatory certifications include cpr, first aid, and aed (Or obtained within 60 days), along with child abuse prevention training (Within 30 days of hire).
