Group Leaders

The role involves creating and leading fun activities for school-Aged children in an after-School program, utilizing available spaces like a gymnasium and outdoor areas. Success requires making sound judgments regarding children's questions and behaviors while fostering a warm, stimulating, and secure environment.

Candidates must meet massachusetts department of early education & care group leader qualifications, including being at least 18, having a high school diploma, passing a background check, and possessing six to nine months of relevant work experience. Essential qualities include the ability to lead large groups, experience in youth enrichment, good team management skills, and a genuine love for children.
